Our restaurant is open daily from 8.30 am - 9.00 pm (8.30 am - 2.00 pm on Tuesdays). All of our food is freshly prepared with natural ingredients and fresh local fruits and produce. Local fishermen provide us with fish and lobster in season.

Breakfast consists of a choice of Jamaican breakfast, banana pancakes and free range eggs. We bake our own bread and prepare our own juices. Coffee is freshly ground Blue Mountain Coffee. A wide selection of herbal teas and black tea is available.

Our lunches & dinners feed body and soul. We cook fish, seafood and vegetarian/vegan and make mouth-watering deserts.

Visit the beach-side bar for rum cocktails such as Jamaican Dream & Jamaican Sunrise as well as a wide selection of beers, soft drinks and roots wines.

At weekends the restaurant is a lively place frequented by locals and Kingstonians alike.
